These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at daríofilms.com (the “Site”) and any inquiries, communications, or services arranged through it. darío FILMS is a film and video production business providing videography, cinematography, editing, and related creative services. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems

All content on the Site — including but not limited to videos, photographs, footage, designs, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of darío FILMS or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission. Portfolio work shown on the Site may depict prior clients’ projects, used with permission for promotional purposes.

4. Inquiries and Submissions

When you submit information through our contact/inquiry form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding service agreement; any film/video production engagement will be governed by a separate written service agreement or contract between you and darío FILMS.

5. Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

If you opt in to receive text messages from darío FILMS (e.g., for appointment or booking reminders), the following terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy:

  • By opting in, you confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and consent to receive text messages from darío FILMS related to scheduling and booking your project.
  • Message Types: Appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and booking reminders only. We do not send promotional/marketing texts under this program unless you separately opt in.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active bookings.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any services.
  • Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. Text HELP for assistance, or contact info@daríofilms.com.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary.
  • This consent is independent of, and does not affect, consent given under any other program.

6. Project Bookings, Deposits, and Payments

Specific pricing, deposit, payment, cancellation, and delivery terms for any film/video production project will be set forth in a separate written service agreement, quote, or invoice provided to you directly by darío FILMS. These Terms govern use of the Site itself and do not establish payment obligations.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
